Why we started
Kenya produces thousands of brilliant graduates every year. Too many of them never get a first shot at a technical career; not for lack of ability, but for lack of access to real training and the people already doing the work. We started Nexa to change that: small cohorts, working engineers as mentors, and a curriculum shaped by what employers actually hire for.

How learning works here
You'll write code from week one. Our programmes are project-driven. You build real applications, get them reviewed line by line, and ship them. Every student gets a mentor, weekly one-to-ones, and honest feedback. We'd rather tell you something is not good enough than let you find out in an interview.
